You will by default receive your documents and statements from us electronically in K-Finance or at your email according to package proposal. This is our basic variant – it is simple, secure and protects the environment.

You can, however, also opt for the traditional variant, in which case we will send you your documents in paper form according to package proposal. Before ordering a package that includes traditional delivery, prose in advance to find out if it is possible in your country.

We offer two types of accounts such as Multi and National.

Multi opens in the main currency KUP, the account allows you to make transactions between various accounts of the KUPN code – National accounts, as well as carry out transactions with non-residents of your country. The conversion in this case takes place according to the rate of the national bank according to KUPN and the European Central Bank.

National accounts are opened in KUPN currencies and provide the possibility of calculating only within your country with its residents, but their range is significantly wider and in the conditions of savings this minimizes risks during the use of this type of account because everything happens within your state.
